Hey all, I was Labs and found out a new Mexican record has been added
Tlaxcala Civil Registration 1867-1937. This is good, I was wondering
the website was only going to put catholic records? -Daniel
I noticed the Tlaxcala civil records were available at the Pilot site, which means they are not listing each states records in alpha order. I sent an email at the family search pilot site under "feedback" asking them when they would be making Jalisco and Zacatecas records available. I did not receive a response. I'm thinking that if enough people e-mail them asking the same question under "feedback", they will see there is a large interest in these records and we could possibly have access to them sooner.

Thank you for contacting FamilySearch Support concerning future record collections for Jalisco Mexico.
Record Search is currently in the pilot stage of development. This means that features are being developed and that selective collections are released for viewing. This allows us to give you the access to the collections as quickly as possible while the Web site is still under development so that you can help us test the program and provide feedback for the engineers.
Information about forthcoming collections is not made available prior to publication due to various factors that can affect the publication time line, such as agreements with genealogical societies about the indexing of their records, final assembly considerations, space on the servers, geographic considerations, and so forth. Collections may also be published temporarily and then taken down for further refinement.
Please send us your requests for specific collections through the Feedback link in Record Search. A request does not necessarily mean that a collection will be published, but it gives the publication team an idea of the types of collections that you are interested in.
You can view the list of projects that are being indexed on the Projects tab of the FamilySearch indexing Web site. There you will see the FamilySearch projects and partner projects that are currently being indexed or prepared for inclusion on Record Search.
We have forwarded your request for consideration.
Please continue to visit Record Search often. New records in Record Search are added as they are completed as part of the FamilySearch indexing effort. To read more about FamilySearch indexing and possibly volunteer, visit indexing.familysearch.org This is also where youmay learn of Mexican projects as they are announced.
Sincerely,
FamilySearch Support support@familysearch.org

We could send a letter from the Nuestros Ranchos group and other alteno enealogical socities, I bet if we get enough names we
might be seen as a dedicate team. I for one want my JAlisco records, ah! Well hopefully its soon, Im stillwaiting for Guanjuato, Michoacan, Jalisco and Zacatecas. Aguascalientes has been a good source for me so far. I think we should sign th petition.
That's a good idea Daniel. I'm wanting Sonora records also....but for our group....sending a letter/petition from the group would be great.....as I'm sure we all want to see the digital images of Jalisco and Zacatecas to crack our codes.

That's a great idea; I've just now sent them a similar request (crossing my fingers).
