John,
You say "there are no films from the years I am looking for" but that you were going to get them from the LDS Library. I am curious---where have you been viewing films? I thought only the LDS Family History Center libraries and some libraries in El Paso, TX had microfilms from Mexico.

I think I didn't state that clearly. There was no infro from LDS films on the Nuestros Ranchos site that contain the info or date range I am looking for, but a friend of mine is going to the LDS library in Salt Lake City and is taking my data in order to locate the info and film numbers I need.

The Nuestros Ranchos films database is not comprehensive. It only lists
films for which members have identified batch numbers or which they have on
indefinite loan at their local Family History Center. You should check the
Family History Library catalog on http://www.familysearch.org to see if they
have the relevant film. You should then be able to order it yourself at
your local Family History Center (and if you get it on indefinite loan put
it into the Nuestros Ranchos films database).
Good luck.
