Cost of conference
$107.00 per person
This includes, lunch, dinner, taxes, service charges, and use of the facility.
Hotel accommodations are separate, and you will need to make your personal reservations. The hotel information is included in the following attachment.
Please fill out the attached "Early Registration Form" and mail along with a check for $25.00 to hold your space. The registration information must be received no later than February 1st.
The balance of $82.00 must be received by February 12th. However, if you wish to pay in
full, you may do so at this time.
