Chumasero - Does anyone have any information on this last name?

I think this name is Portuguese, and there is one Luis Chumaseiro in Mexico. He belongs to the Yahoo Group "unicom99", a university group. You have to sign up for Yahoo Groups in order to join this group and contact him.
