Hello to all , my ggrandfather Tomas Villalobos was married to my ggrandmother Carmen De Los Santos (we think this was her name ) she died in child birth with my grandmother Jacoba (1901)who married my grandfather Jose Olivar, I am looking for any help with this as I have no information on the Villalobos side of my family. On of my Aunt's says there could be a relative Pedro living in Jalos, but I don't know. Juan C. could we be related. Thanks to all for maybe the next clue in my search. Cecilia
Tomas Villalobos
It could be helpful to search in the census Mexico 1930, maybe this living relative appears in it or any other relative that give you a guide. Are you familiar with the census?

Maria, I have a connection to Maria de Jesus Villalobos I think from Atotonilco, Jal and married Epefanio Guiterrez. Maria crossed the border at Laredo, Texas in 1919, destination San Antonio, Texas on Oct 30, 1919. Her birth date shows abt 1893. Any connection to your Jose Maria Villalobos?

Hi Yoli,
Thanks for checking against your Villalobos line, but it doesn't sound like
they connect (at least not in the time frame you mention). My Villalobos
were born in the 1780's and baptized in San Juan de Los Lagos. I found
Joseff Jualian Villalobos' (Jose Maria's brother) baptismal record on the
IGI, batch #C603386 dated 30 Jan 1780.
