I have used this site with good luck.

and browse through the 1930 Mexico census.

However, the records are not complete. If you do not
find family members in the different ranchos, towns,
etc., do not be discouraged. I have the 1930 Census
on Microfilm for a number of different places in
Jalisco and I use both of these sources.
