His Father Juan Nepomuceno Garcia son of Pedro Jose Garcia de la Cadena.

Thanks a lot! It might have been that I looked for Briseño, and not Briceño.

I tried using Rootsweb to find Erlinda's tree, and for some reason, Ancestry (they own Rootsweb) did something to make it stop working. You may want to contact Erlinda directly to find out more.
